One of our all time favourite go to snacks that the whole family enjoys is Banana Ice-cream. It’s easy to make , Dairy Free , Gluten Free , Vegan and it tastes amazing – if I don’t say so myself. The banana flavour is really quite subtle and you could create any flavours you wish. Another favourite of ours is Raspberry and Almond flakes.
5 Frozen chopped bananas
5 Dates (softened in warm water 20-30mins)
1/4 Cup coconut cream
4 tbsp. cacao powder
5 Frozen bananas
1 Cup strawberries
5 Dates ( softened in warm water 20-30mins)
1/4 Cup of coconut cream
How to make:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a smooth ice-cream consistency is created, and voila it’s ready for the whole family to enjoy!
You can eat the Ice-cream immediately but just beware it can melt fast. I like to pop it in the freezer for half hour before serving. Enjoy!
