Raw Choccy Peanut Butter Balls 

For the peanut butter centres;

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup almond flour

1 tablespoon coconut flour

2 tablespoons coconut nectar

1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste

Sprinkle of salt

For the chocolate;

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 

2/3 cup cacao powder 

2 tbsp coconut nectar/maple syrup or rice malt syrup


Stir together all peanut butter ball ingredients in a bowl and then set into the fridge for about 15-20 minutes to firm up. Roll into balls and place them back into the fridge to harden slightly. Make the chocolate in a bowl and place the balls in the chocolate and coat. Transfer them into baking paper. *optional* sprinkle with coconut and chopped peanuts.  

Pop them back in the fridge to harden. Store in the fridge.
